Sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, and extremely overwhelming. The world you once knew has been completely turned upside down. Now, it’s hard to even get out of bed, yet alone function in your daily life. You don’t have to figure it out alone. In our one-on-one sessions, we’ll create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re navigating grief, anxiety, trauma, identity, or just trying to make sense of it all, I’m here to support you in finding clarity and healing. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in curiosity, not judgment. We’ll move at your pace, working together toward deeper insight, coping strategies that actually fit your life, and the kind of change that feels meaningful to you.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps your brain process and heal from difficult or traumatic experiences. Sometimes our brains hold onto memories to keep us safe, but the memories are stored in a way that keeps us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or reactive. EMDR helps shift those memories so they feel less intense. Clients often appreciate that EMDR doesn’t require you to talk through every painful detail. Instead, we use bilateral stimulation (like eye movements or tapping) to support your brain’s natural healing process.

For more information on how I approach EMDR and if it’d be a good treatment approach for you, please check out my FAQ page.

    Specialized Grief Support Groups

Grief can feel isolating—but you don’t have to carry it alone. These groups are a space to connect with others who get it. Connect with others are also navigating the weight of loss, the unpredictability of emotions, and the longing for someone who is no longer here. Group support can be a powerful part of healing, offering shared understanding, and moments of relief in the middle of the pain.

Each group is designed around a specific type of loss, because grief is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we hold space for what’s hard, honor what’s been lost, and support each other in whatever the next step looks like.

Please check out the current offerings page to see which groups are accepting new clients.
