I primarily work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, along with other therapeutic methods as needed, I tailor our work to your unique goals and needs. Together, we’ll focus not only on coping, but on creating lasting change.
