Grief sucks. Let’s talk about it.

Hello! I’m Laura McCorry, a therapist committed to helping adults navigate life after loss. Grief can turn your entire world upside down. It changes everything you thought you knew about yourself, the world, relationships, and how deep pain really feels. My practice focuses on both death-related and non-death-related losses, with a emphasis on sudden and unexpected loss. When someone dies, we don’t just grieve them, we grieve the life we imagined, the person we were, and our relationships that fractured under the weight of estate planning, wills, and finances after loss. My hope for our moment in time together is that you will feel seen, supported, and able to express yourself openly without judgement, the support I longed for during my own grief. Grief lasts as long as love lasts – let's find a way to carry it together. Click below to start our work together!

We can’t ‘fix’ grief because you’re not broken.

Here’s therapy to help you carry it by…

Processing intense grief emotions - anxiety, loneliness, anger, guilt, and sadness - where they’re welcomed, even if they’re not elsewhere.

Adapting to a new reality and identity after loss, while navigating relationship challenges.

Regaining a sense of safety in a world that now feels unpredictable and uncertain.

I’d love to hear from you!
