Grief and Trauma Therapy for Millennial Women

I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Laura McCorry, a therapist (and human) who specializes in helping milennial women navigate life after grief and trauma. Grief and trauma can turn your entire world upside down. They change everything you thought you knew about yourself, the world, relationships, and how deep pain really feels. When someone dies, we don’t just grieve them, we grieve the life we imagined, the person we were, and our relationships that fractured under the weight of grief. Whether you’re grieving a death-related loss, a non-death related loss, or feel overwhelmed with trauma, my hope for our moment in time together is that you will feel seen, supported, and able to express yourself openly without judgement, the support I longed for during my own grief and trauma recovery. We can’t ‘fix’ grief because you’re not broken.

Here’s therapy to help you carry it by…

Processing intense grief emotions - anxiety, loneliness, anger, guilt, and sadness - where they’re welcomed, even if they’re not elsewhere.

Adapting to a new reality and identity after loss, while navigating relationship challenges.

Regaining a sense of safety in a world that now feels unpredictable and uncertain.

Hand holding flowers representing personal growth and emotional support

I’d love to hear from you!
